| Comments: | I recently stayed at the Hotel Allegro Cozamel and my wife and I went both Deep Sea Fishing and Flats fishing. As an avid fisherman here in Texas I really enjoyed both days of fishing. The staff was great and the Guides we very good. What I appreciated most was their way of allowing my wife to enjoy the fishing trips. Our guides were very friendly and put her on some fish which I was hoping they would do. I would like to say Thank You again and can\'t wait to come back!!!!

The Shashma Divers have been to Cozumel many times, and we always dive with Dive Palancar! You guys are the best! In February, the diving was spectacular! Our instructor was Oscar Torres PADI instructor #152736, the dive center was 3013. Oscar and staff took two rookies and turned us into confident divers whom cannot wait for our next adventure. | Comments: | I want to share a little story with you. When I was a teenager I had an accident - almost drown… Since that I had this big and scare fear of getting my nose under the water. I could swim with no problem as long my face is on the surface. So, me and my friend went on vacation from cold Boston to Cozumel and staid
At Grand Occidential Cozumel. She wanted to get certified and I was thinking why not me…let me tell yah... I was scared of everything and myself, but wanted to try… than we went to the Dive shop to sigh up for classes and meet our instructor ADRIAN MEDINA CARCAMO. Guys, you cannot imaging how scared I was... our group of four people decided to take our first lesson in the sea by the beach (instead of a pool), so we got all our equipment went in the sea, put our fins on and needed to swim little bit further from the beach where the depth would be enough to go under the water. All three members of my group followed the instructor and I could not make even one step. I was shaking and did not know what to expect. Well, Adrian had to come back..:-) talk to me and make sure that
I would trust him that nothing scary is going to happen and that he is next to me with 20 years of teaching experience. That helped a lot!
Thru our practice he was watching everyone very carefully,corrected our mistakes and explained why we need to do his way and not our way. It is important to have very knowledgeable instructor. After all that practice we went diving on 40 feet. It was amazing! Specially for me, because I was the most difficult student and I made sure I was next to him all the time (I was still scared), but after couple more dives I was getting comfortable under the water and I new that he wont let anything happened to me or any other student. We met a lot of nice people there. Raul - diving instructor and Nicky he held us to find a right equipment and wetsuits.

My husband was unable to get a refund for some of his dives. He bought a ten dive package and used 4, also bought a 2-tank twilight dive---Carlos said that he could get credit for the twilight dive from the 10 package. We unfortuantely were unable to arrange this before we left. Can we sort this out now?

| Comments: | We are looking for info regarding the possibility of doing 2 tank dive trips. It appears that you do multiple 1 tank trips during the day.
This means I would have to do 2 1 tank trips to get 2 dives a day in. I would prefer to do 1 2 tank trip.

Please upon your arrival, proceed to give Dive Palancar a call at 87-297-30 to confirm when the boat will pick you up at your hotel dock. Dive Palancar is open from 8 am till 5 pm, central time.
